Art Cuenca - Ambassadors for Art

Have you visited ART CUENCA GALLERY yet? If you live in Cuenca already or you just happen to be visiting, why not take yourself to Art Cuenca Gallery situated on Bolivar and Miguel Heredia. Admission to most exhibitions is FREE.

Cuenca is famous for its culture ceramics and potter. Some fine ceramists have been born and bred in Ecuador and have gone on to gain international recognition. One of these ceramists is Eduardo Segovia. At the age of 72 Eduardo Segovia’s love of clay still continues. Eduardo started playing with clay at the age of 10 and has never stopped. He has exhibited in many countries around the world and in Europe the Dutch have fallen in love with his work. He has been recognized as an authentic and original artist who always projects his imagination as if his internal child has never stopped playing with those small pieces of clay.

Art Cuenca Gallery is also currently exhibiting work by one of Cuenca’s world-renowned ceramist and sculptor Eduardo Segovia. The exhibition is currently open from 9.30 a.m. till 7.00 p.m. – Monday – Saturday. The gallery is located on Bolivar and Miguel Heredia.

Mercadito on NOW

Belen Guevara is organizing a "Mercadito". This time the exhibition is dedicated to mothers. More than 20 people will bring their handcrafts, art and gourmet cuisine to Gran Colombia, 8-33 and Luis Cordero starting on May 10th and 11th. Opening time for the exhibition is from 5pm to 8pm. Admission is FREE.

Mamushka is the new event that Bolson designing studio is preparing for mother's day. The show will start onMay 9 at 7:30pm and it will last until May 11 at Av. Francisco Moscoso 2-170 y Miguel Moreno
