Condos offers the ultimate in location for both singles and couples visiting Cuenca. Whether your stay is for weeks or months, each unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. All utilities, including Wi-Fi and laundry, Direct TV, as well as weekly cleaning are included. Owners are bilingual, live on site and are always available for any special needs that may arise.

You will find our central location ideal, only 3 blocks from Parque Calderon, Cuenca's main square. It is an easy walk to restaurants, bars and cafés, art galleries, theaters, museums, food markets, Spanish schools and shops of all kinds. Stroll along the Tomebamba River or relax in nearby Madre Park.

Minutes away is “New Town” where you will find a modern supermarket, two malls, multiplex theaters showing first run movies, often in English, plus many more restaurants, shops and other conveniences. 

Courtyard Barbecue

Condos has a large open rooftop terrace which features a beautifully sheltered sitting area, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage.  This terrace boasts an amazing panoramic view of the Tomebamba River, New Town, as well as the distant mountains that surround the city.

As you enter condos, you will be welcomed by a large grassy private courtyard. This courtyard has it all, sun, shade, extra-large BBQ, unique picnic table and lounging furniture, all for your use.

NOTE: No smoking or pets are allowed inside the premises. Smoking is permitted in outdoors areas only.

 Monthly rentals per unit are:

 ·         (2) Studio apartments (Queen Size bed)--$410 single, $430 couples.

·         (1) One bedroom (King)--$510 single, $530 couples.

·         1) Two bedroom (King + full) $960Not available at present, as it is occupied for an open period
