Hacienda San Joaquin, a 663 acre ranch, is located in the beautiful Andes Mountains in Southern Ecuador.  This development is located approximately two milesz from the quaint and attractive village of Vilcabamba know as the jewel of Ecuador.

This is certainly a unique place and for some of you reading this probably the place you have been looking for.  They have a limited number of riverfront and hillside home sites which vary in size.

Vilcabamba does have a wonderful climate and it appears that you are living in spring type weather all year round.  When we visited the days were warm and the nights were very comfortable and cool.

One of the property owners searched the world for twenty years before he found this beautiful piece of paradise.
