Real Estate in Ecuador

Real estate properties in Ecuador are very well priced.  On our recent trip to Ecuador in January 2008 we bought a beautiful two bedroom and two bathroom apartment on the Tomebamba River in Cuenca.  We paid just under $60,000 USD.  Great value, great location.

We were fortunate enough to visit many different properties in Cuenca and found the most remarkable apartments, houses and country houses for sale. Even rental is very cheap compared to where we live in Australia.

Below are some photos of our apartment in Cuenca.  Our plans are to return to Cuenca later in 2008 and furnish our purchase.  Once this is completed we shall update the photos.
