YOGA IN CUENCA WITH CLARA

        
                               

Clara Valdieso is a delight to meet.  I met her whilst visiting with Magy at El Otorongo Gallery and we soon started chatting.  Clara is bi-lingual after spending several years studying to become a teacher in English at University.  She has a University degree from Cambridge and the University of Cuenca.

Clara has been practicing the art of Yoga since the age of 8 and has always loved exercising.  After graduating she was approached to see if she would become an Aerobics Instructor as it appeared she loved keeping fit.  Clara jumped at it and the rest is now history.  No she never did become the English Teacher but she sure teaches………….

After gaining many Certificates in aerobics, massage, reiki, reflexology, ayureveda yoga, Kundalini yoga and is now a practicing Quantam Wave Laser practitioner she is welcoming foreigners and locals to her practice to help sooth away the aches and pains.

KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga, the mother of all yogas and the most powerful yoga known. As brought to the West in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan, it produces results 16 times faster than ordinary yoga.

Its power comes from the Kundalini, an enormous reserve of untapped potential within each of us. It is referred to the storage energy, located in an area towards the base of the spine.

By gradually and safely awakening this energy and employing its power, you will benefit greatly from an elevation in consciousness, promotion of physical well-being and an expansion of awareness. You will feel more relaxed and at ease with yourself. Your life will be transformed into one which is happy, healthy and harmonious.

Clara and her trained staff welcome you to join Yoga classes with them on the days below:

·         Monday –        7.30 a.m.  or 7.15 p.m.

·         Tuesday –       7.00 a.m. or 7.30 p.m.

·         Wednesday  -  7.30 a.m. 10.30 a.m. or 7.15 p.m.

·         Thursday  -      7.00 a.m. or 7.30 p.m.

·         Friday –           10.30 a.m.

$30.00 is what you pay for one month of lessons.  2 per week/8 per month.
